A Gala Tribute and celebration to honour congressman Donald M. Payne
On the 15th of March 1997, an extraordinary gala tribute dinner and celebration was organised in honour of U.S. Congressman Donald M. Payne.
The evening was held in recogniniton of the 40 years of exceptional public serivce Congressman Payne had faithfully dedicated to his country and fellow citizens.
Kamel Ghribi was among the special guests attending the dinner, and all proceeds made during the evening were donated to Congressman Payne's charitable foundation the 'Fund to assist Youth and Noteworthy Endeavors'.
