The Chairman of GKSD Holding and Vice Chairman of San Donato Group, met the Egyptian Minister of Health Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar in Cairo.
The focus of the meeting was the public-private partnership programmes regarding some Egyptian hospitals the nature of which will be defined in due course, however will potentially include management, leasing and other forms of partnership.
During Mr. Ghribi's visit to Cairo, a visit to several hospitals was also organised to assess the type of cooperation, especially concerning the smart clinic programme being developed by GKSD.
During his trip to the Middle East, Kamel Ghribi was accompanied by his staff and a working group of researchers and doctors providing technical advice for the Egyptian development project.
At the end of the meeting, the GKSD Chairman stated: "Public-private partnership is the most modern and efficient way to manage healthcare by offering citizens the best services while reducing state spending through efficiency. This is our intention, and we will work on this with our Egyptian counterparts to prove that this model is not only attentive to specific needs but also proactive in providing top class services to all.
