We Tunisians need to find a way into constructive dialogue

The Tunisian people have needs and expectations that must be addressed. By sitting back and watching Tunisia move into political stalemate we not only put at risk an already fragile economy, but also the stability and security of the region as a whole. We Tunisians need to find a way into constructive dialogue with all sides if we want to create a new economic model that puts our highly educated people at the core of change and reduce growing inequality and rising security challenges. We must start relying on our biggest resource – ourselves – and never forget that help can come from any corner of the world. Although Europe is our historical source of opportunity, we must also seek opportunity in Africa, and work with other nations to build back a better, stronger Tunisia.
