On the 27th of July, Kamel Ghribi and his team met the Governor of St. Petersburg, the Honourable Georgy Poltavchenko at the administrative palace in Smolny (RU). The delegation met to discuss investment collaboration possibilities in St. Petersburg over a range of sectors, however, particular attention was given to healthcare, pharmaceutical and culture collaborations.

The Governor also reaffirmed his support of strengthening and developing relations with foreign partners in the area of scientific research, healthcare and pharmaceutics. Concluding deliberations, the GK Chairman expressed a particular interest in supporting a project of great cultural significance to the city that is a production of Verdi’s Aida to be staged at the new St. Petersburg stadium.
