Italia-Albania, Ghribi (Gsd): "Eccellente incontro con il premier Edi Rama"

This week’s meeting with the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama in Tirana was excellent.

Just an hour's flight from Italy lies an extraordinary, stable and safe country. There are great mutual opportunities, and with a strong and charismatic leader like Edi Rama, who is enthusiastically open to new initiatives we will support him to develop projects together.

Albania is ready to welcome Italian businesses, and I believe that the entire Italian manufacturing and industrial system should look very closely at the prospect of investing in Albania.

I am certain that the strong friendship between Italy and Albania and the close ties between Giorgia Meloni and Edi Rama will provide unprecedented momentum for building a stable bridge of economic cooperation and shared development.

Albania is not only a gateway to the Balkans but a bridge that connects the region to the Mediterranean as a whole and we are delighted to be part of the vision for the future.
