State Dinner at the Quirinale with the President of the Republic Mattarella and the Emir of Qatar Al-Thani

GKSD President Kamel Ghribi was invited to attend the State Dinner at the Quirinale by President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella. Guest of honour was the Emir of Qatar, H.H. Sheikh Tamin bin Hamad Al-Thani. Guests included the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Antonio Tajani and many other international and national dignitaries and diplomats.

President Kamel Ghribi said, "It was a great pleasure to be able to meet with President Sergio Mattarella and Emir of Qatar Tamin bin Hamad Al-Thani together with many fellow business and institutional leaders.

Economic ties and economic diplomacy, are often the right channels to strengthen relations between countries, and Qatar has shown in recent years great attention to investment in Europe and has been ready to welcome Italian companies.

Qatar is also an important country in the dialogue for peace in this complex and fragile geopolitical moment.”
